Summer is coming and so the Kolsch is back. This beer is clean, crisp and refreshing. It pours with a white, fine bubble head and produces hints of lemon in the nose. ABV 5.1%
Ryegel 7 - A Roggenbier
This brew is a traditional dark German rye beer, It has a medium body and mouth feel and pours with a light tan creamy head. The flavor has notes of fruit and spice and a mild sour finish.
5.2% ABV 18 IBU’s
Humorum - black ipa
Otherwise known as a Cascadian Dark Ale this IPA has the deep rich color and body of a porter minus the roasted malt flavor of the dark grains. It pours with a thick dark tan head. The malty backbone is well balanced by the addition of copious amounts hops in the boil and fermenter. Dry hopped with Simcoe and Mt. Hood.

Quasar - A Belgian Style Triple
Beautifully light gold in color, the creamy mouth feel bellies the high alcohol. Smooth on the palate, light fruit notes give way to finish sharp and crisp 8.8% ABV
Nebula IPA -
Don’t worry, the Galactic Drift will be back soon. In the mean time have a Nebula. It’s brewed the same way as the Drift but with different hops in the fermenter and a slightly less malty body. Dry-hopped with Citra and Centennial.

Orbit - A DunkelWeizen
Although this beer pours dark in the glass, it has a light body and mouth-feel. The banana clove notes of a german style wheat beer are muted slightly with the toasty flavor of darker malt addition. This beer drinks easy at 5.4% ABV
oriris-rex- Belgain Blonde Wet Hopped
For our second wet hop offering we took our flagship ale, Little Belgium Blonde, and dosed it with 60+ pounds of neighborhood grown Cascade, Tettnanger and Mt. Hood hops. The fruitiness of the Belgian yeast and wheat malt combine nicely with the grassy floral character of the hops 5.4% ABV IBU unknown
rossetta - Tart red on Wood
A variation on our Betelguese Red Ale. Still red, still brewed with beets, this version gets a mild kettle sour and fermented on oak red wine barrel staves. These little navigational tweaks put Betelguese in a different orbit. 5.8% ABV 19 IBU
A beautiful straw colored ale with a creamy tight bubbled white head. The ale has the classic Belgian Saison spiciness. Our Saison is medium bodied with a sharp dry mouth feel. This Saison has fruity hoppy finish. 7.2% ABV 44 IBU
A medium bodied oatmeal stout. This beer pours with a creamy light brown head. The aroma is a nice balance of hops and dark roasted grains. Chocolate comes forward on the palate. Hopped with Simcoe, Sterling, and Cluster hops. 5.9% ABV 59 IBU
whiskey barrel aged pink saison - coming back soon
We took our Iris pink Saison and put it in a whiskey barrel from Westland distillery for several months, just long enough to pick up a slightly boozey nose and a touch of oak. 6.9% ABV
Rotating selection from our friends down the hill. . A good option for people who may be gluten intolerant.
Galactic Drift - not currently on Tap
We took our late hop addition Milky Way IPA and pushed it even further out of orbit. We have added copious amounts of Mosaic hops in the secondary fermenter. This beer has an out of this world floral nose with grapefruit and pineapple on the pallet. 6.6% ABV 51 IBU
DAEDALUS - RYE SAISON - Not Currently on Tap
.The Deadalus is the father of the Icarus. We use rye malt combined with Zeus hops to give this beer a sharp crisp peppery mouth-feel. 8.1% ABV 44 IBU
dark crystal - belgian pale - Not Currently on tap
A Belgian style Pale ale leaning towards the darker side. Brewed with some Dark Crystal Malt that imparts raisin, plum and stone fruit flavor notes. A higher ABV than our Little Belgian Blonde coming in at 6.9% ABV.
APOGEE - DARK BELGIAN – On Nitro - Not Currently on tap
This big Dark Belgian Strong Ale is brewed with Sovereign hops. Apogee has flavor notes of anise, raisin and dates and is almost creamy in your mouth. The big malt body balances nicely with the alcohol warmth. 9.2% ABV 23 IBU
cassini - Oktoberfest - Not Currently on tap
A traditional German-style Oktoberfest ale. As a lager, it will take 2 months in the fermenter to reach perfection. The results will be a beautiful light amber, malty glass of beer that celebrates the arrival of fall. 5.2% ABV 21 IBU
iRIS PINK SAISON - Not Currently on tap
A pleasant smooth saison lightly hopped with a mild fruity tartness from prickly pear addition. 5.6 ABV 33 IBU
Roasted pepper ipa - Not Currently on tap
This beer is malty and bitter with flaked barley added to give it a moderate mouth feel. The leading character in the cast is the addition of fire-roasted Poblano peppers to the last 15 minutes of the boil. This is NOT a novelty hot pepper ale. This beer showcases the smell of rolling a pepper on an open flame. It reads nicely on the palate with just a delicate spicy tickle on the back of the throat. 6.7% ABV 81 IBU
LITTLE AMERICAN BLONDE - Not Currently on tap
This Blonde session ale has a very light body and a delicate hop balance. The Northwest wildflower honey added to the secondary fermentation gives a quiet floral finish. We use a small addition of Sterling and Cascade hops. 4.9% ABV 16 IBU
Lil' BB-LITTLE BELGIAN BLONDE - Not Currently on tap
Light in color and easy to drink, Lil’ BB is brewed with Sterling hops, she has a white head of small bubbles and finishes crisp and dry on the palate. The Belgian yeast lends tropical fruit notes. 5.2 %ABV 21.4 IBU
MOlly's BAVARIAN HEffeweizen - Not Currently on tap
A classically Bavarian wheat beer (weissbier) made with a typical ratio of 50:50 wheat and a yeast that produces fruity esters of banana, cloves and pineapple. It finishes dry and tart ABV 6.8%
Dark Matter - Cherry Black Saison- Not Currently on tap
Cherry Black Saison kettle soured with a lacobacillus and fermented with dark cherries. It's a dry lightly sour and fruity with a hint of dark roasted mail. 7.6% ABV
BETELGEUSE RED ALE - Not Currently on tap
This red ale has a strong malty body and 5.4% ABV, it is balanced well with abundent late addition hops. With the big spicy hop profile this ale finished dry. The addition of roasted beets gives this ale a red color and subtle earthiness.
HONEY GINGER IMPERIAL STOUT- Not Currently on tap
This is a big beer. All the things you want in a stout; thick mouth feel, chocolate roasted malt notes, plus a little extra with the addition of honey and ginger. The very easy drinking quality of this beer belies the heavy hitting ABV of 10.1%
quasar belgian triple - Not Currently on tap
This triple has an aroma full of malt, fruit, and honey notes followed bu a sweet complex flavor of malt, mild hops and an alcoholic warmth. 9.5% ABV.
POLARIS- BELGIAN GOLDEN - Not Currently on tap
This the Blonde, Bigger, Bolder and Maltier. 9% ABV
Barrel Aged Quince Braggot
Limited Quantity! A braggot is a cross between mead and an ale. Ours is brewed wtih quince necter and aged in Woodinville Rye Whiskey barrels. 8.7% ABV.
Von Opolzer Vienna Lager
This is a classic example of a European staple vienna lager. It has a medium body, a light toasted maltiness up front and finished with a pleasant dry hoppiness. 5.5% ABV 19 IBU
JOHNNY "TACOMA" SCOTTISH ALE
This version is big and malty with peat notes in every sip. The light caramelization is evident in the brew along with the Zeus and Sterling hops. 6.4% ABV 22 IBU
A multi barrel aged Barley wine. This beer spent 1+ years in a red wine barrel and an additional nine months in small rye whiskey barrels. The result is a medium body, mildly alcoholic deep ruby red ale. You can taste the tannins from the wine barrel and vanilla from the rye barrels. A unique beverage in a very limited quantity. 8.8% ABV 30 IBU
barrel-aged dark matter
Our regular customers may remember the black saison we brewed last January. It was mildly soured and fermented with dark sweet cherry. Well we put 53 gallons of it in a Wild Turkey whiskey barrel for 9 months and now it’s time to let the Dark Matter flow. 7.8% ABV 5 IBU
Tart Blonde on Wood
This is a light blonde ale mildly soured with the addition of acidulated malt in the kettle. It then spends four weeks fermenting on 20 red wine oak barrel staves. The result is a crisp tart ale with hunts of fruit and vanilla. 5.8% ABV 17 IBU
